Laura Pargade

With 20 years’ experience in marketing, communications, and media, Laura Pargade created this consultancy in 2008, to support organisations with evidence-based business and communication strategies

After living for seven years in rural Senegal, creating an evaluation centre to collect high-quality market and impact data, and working for private and public organisations including last mile distribution companies, she has developed a particular interest in social value and sustainability. She has grown convinced that meaningful solutions deserve innovative support, and that an inclusive approach can be a strong lever for efficiency and profitability.

Regular speaker on sustainability issues in international conferences, she has also been since 2019 the face of the Africa Energy Guarantee Facility, an initiative of the European Investment Bank, supported by KfW, to encourage sustainable energy investments on the African continent. Laura holds a master’s degree in International Management from Toulouse Business School in France and an MBA from Arizona State University. She speaks fluent French and English.

Antoine Sebastianutti

Energy and Operations Management Expert

Antoine is an expert in coordinating operations in emerging countries and difficult terrains on energy and social impact projects. With his experience of living and working in rural areas in contact with BOP populations, particularly in Senegal, he has a good grasp of the challenges of development policies and North-South cooperation. In addition, Antoine has had the opportunity to actively participate in the creation, implementation, and scaling of both B2C and B2G projects in Africa, which allowed him to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in an international context.

His engineering studies with a focus on energy, environment and intelligent optimization allow him to be comfortable with the delivery of innovations for the benefit of all. In addition, the E-Master Data, Economics and Development Policies at MIT allowed him to acquire a better understanding of the issues related to development and the measurement of the impact of related policies and programs.

During his professional experiences, Antoine has developed a specific knowledge of intercultural management issues, of setting up and optimizing/perpetuating last mile distribution structures, allowing him to adapt strategies to the realities of the field, and to accompany the operational, financial, and HR scale-up of impact projects.
